This document details the policies of PrintComm Partners, Inc., located on the World Wide Web at http://www.printcomm.ws, hereinafter known as "PrintComm", regarding Internet and company privacy issues. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website as well as our company as whole.

PrintComm pledges and solidly guarantees that all personal information from any source, that is submitted, gathered, tracked or otherwise obtained or retained in the normal course of business activity, is secure and held confidential at all times from sale, disclosure, rental, and tampering by any known third party. At no time, unless such disclosure is required by law or a user specifically authorizes such disclosure, will PrintComm disclose individual user personal information.

Personal-Identifiable Information

Domain and IP Tracking: PrintComm may obtain from its website visitors such information as Internet browser, computer operating system, domains from which people visit along with collection of IP Address information. This information will be used for the sole purpose of correcting server errors, website technical problems and providing website statistical analysis.

Cookies:

PrintComm does not currently employ the use of cookies. However, we reserve the right to do so should we find that such use may benefit our online users. A "cookie" is an element of data which a service or site, when visited by a user, sends to that user's browser which, in turn, may store that element on the user's hard drive or memory.

Online Forms:

When you complete any of our online forms, you are asked to supply such information as your name, email, address and phone number along with any other personal information deemed appropriate and based on the specific purpose of that form. Such information will be used as outlined below:

Work Request Forms: All information obtained by use of our online Work Request Form or email Request for Quote will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you to provide you with the information you have requested.

Contests, Surveys and Questionnaires: Periodically PrintComm may conduct contests, surveys, questionnaires or other studies of its customer base. Participation in such activities is always at the user's option. PrintComm will disclose only aggregate information regarding its users and not personal information identifying any specific individual or organization. Circumstances under which PrintComm may publicly disclose such aggregate information include: publishing survey results on our website, publishing Contest winners’ names, URLs and/or comments to our Portfolio or Customer Testimonials section.

Customer Information:

Any and all information obtained from our customers is absolutely restricted to our site administrator and used solely for providing the service(s) you have requested. No customer information, private or public, will ever be released to any third party under any circumstance.

Non-Disclosure Agreements:

We understand that many companies have proprietary information that needs to be protected. We have many customers who compete in their specific industries and, although we give them our 100% guarantee that no information will be transferred, released or used for anything other than its intended purpose, there are times that we are asked to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. If your requirements include a Non-Disclosure Agreement, in most cases we will comply with this request; please contact us so that we can discuss your requirements in detail.

Non-Compete Agreements (Covenants Not To Compete):

Because of the nature of our business—in that we also provide subcontracting services to many companies that offer the same services as we do, such as Internet service providers, web developers and other companies who compete in the same industry—we are sometimes asked to sign a Non-Compete Agreement. If your requirements include a Non-Compete Agreement, please contact us so that we can discuss your requirements in detail.

Security:

To secure site integrity, PrintComm employs measures including, but not limited to, security audits, use of encryption tools and software, and other reasonable security measures and procedures. Internal access to users' private and nonpublic personal information is restricted to site administrators and individuals on a need-to-know basis.

Enforcement:

In the event that PrintComm becomes aware that site security is compromised or user nonpublic information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including but not limited to, external security attacks, PrintComm shall take reasonable measures including, but not limited, to internal investigation and reporting, and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. If PrintComm becomes aware that a user's personal information has been disclosed in a manner not permitted by this Privacy Policy, PrintComm shall make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user of what information has been disclosed and to the extent that PrintComm knows this information, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law.

Children's Privacy:

We will not ever intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we discover that we have received any information from a child under the age of 18 in violation of this policy, such information will be disposed of immediately.

Updates to the Privacy Policy:

PrintComm reserves the right to update this privacy policy as we deem appropriate. Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted to our website along with its effective date.
