Keep in mind that every quote we submit is based on the specific requirements indicated at the time you request work to be done. We guarantee to fulfill every aspect of the quote we submit to you so that you are fully satisfied.

Several times during the production phase of every project, we require client approval to go on to the next step in development. If you have approved each step in this process, you are confirming your satisfaction and signing off on that phase so we can proceed to the next phase. If for some reason you should change your mind or if your specifications and/or requirements change while the project is in process, we will need to discuss adjusting our quote accordingly. We will require your prior approval before initiating the work involved to make changes.

At no time will you be billed for additional work unless you have specifically requested additional work be performed and you have pre-approved this request.
